Why Does POINT 3 Exist?

As anyone who loves the game knows, the start of a new season always leads to a bit of reflection. In our world, that reflection extends beyond the court to really thinking about our “WHY”…

WHY…do we come to work every day?
WHY…do we design/market/manufacture/sell basketball gear?
WHY…are we different from everyone else in the apparel game?
WHY…do we think our gear is the World’s Best?

WHY…does POINT 3 exist???

After some heated debate, the simple answer became apparent:

WE CARE ABOUT BASKETBALL

It’s our reason for being. It’s what has motivated all of us since we first picked up a rock. It’s what drives us every day.

And that CARE manifests itself in everything we do as a team...

• Our Operations Team, who pick and pack every order as if they were wearing it on the court themselves.
• Our Sales Team, who really do want to know how your squad looks for the upcoming season.
• Our Marketing Team, who ensure everything we do focuses first and foremost on the basketball player.
• Our Design Team, who think endlessly about ways to improve our gear to help you perform on the court.

Once we realized our “WHY”, the rest was easy.  We spent a full day out of the office thinking about how to make the fact that We Care About Basketball apparent in everything we do.  And if we’re doing it right, you should begin seeing the results of those efforts over the coming weeks and months – as the driving force behind every decision made at POINT 3.
